Terms and conditions of sale
Last updated: 6 October 2026
1. Scope
These terms, together with the policies they refer to (Shipping, Returns and refunds, Privacy), govern the use of the site and the sale of products. By using the site or making a purchase you accept these terms. If you buy as a consumer, the protections provided by the consumer law applicable to you always apply and prevail over any conflicting clause.
2. Customer requirements and details
To buy, you must be of legal age and provide accurate, up-to-date and complete information (email, shipping and billing address, payment details). Purchases are intended for personal use and not for resale.
3. Products
We do our best to represent products accurately. However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen and device settings. Images are for illustration purposes. We may change descriptions, discontinue a product or limit quantities at any time.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros. Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice: the price in force at the time of the order, shown in the confirmation email, applies. Promotions may have their own conditions, which prevail over these terms in case of conflict. Payments are processed securely through the methods shown at checkout; we do not store card details, which are handled by the payment service providers.
5. Orders and conclusion of the contract
By submitting an order you make an offer to buy. The contract is concluded when you receive the order confirmation email, once payment has been received. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there is an obvious error in the price or description, or if fraud is suspected: in that case we will notify you and refund you in full.
6. Shipping
Delivery times, costs and conditions are described on the Shipping page. Delivery times are estimates.
7. Right of withdrawal, returns and refunds
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery. Procedures, costs and timeframes are described on the Returns and refunds page.
8. Legal guarantee of conformity
All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided by applicable law (for consumers in the European Union, at least 2 years from delivery).
9. Intellectual property
Texts, images, graphics, the PUNTOSUD brand and all other content on the site belong to us or to their respective owners and may not be copied, reproduced or used without written permission.
10. Prohibited uses
The site may only be used for lawful purposes. In particular, it is forbidden to: provide false information, infringe the rights of others, send spam or malicious code, collect other users' data or circumvent the site's security measures.
11. Errors and inaccuracies
The site may occasionally contain typographical errors or inaccuracies in descriptions, prices, promotions or delivery times. We reserve the right to correct them at any time and, if necessary, to cancel the affected order with a full refund.
12. Third-party tools and links
The site may contain third-party links or tools (for example, shipment tracking services). We are not responsible for their content or terms.
13. Relationship with Shopify
The store runs on the Shopify platform. Purchases are made directly with PUNTOSUD: Shopify is not a party to the sales contract and is not responsible for the products purchased.
14. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the site. This limitation does not in any way reduce the rights granted to consumers by law.
15. Privacy
Your personal data is processed as described in the Privacy policy.
16. Changes
We may update these terms by publishing the new version on this page. Orders are governed by the version in force at the time of purchase.
17. Complaints and contact
For questions or complaints, write to us at puntosud.shop@outlook.com: we will reply as soon as possible.
18. Governing law and jurisdiction
The contract is governed by Italian law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. For disputes with consumers, the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile has jurisdiction.
